Corrupt Me Review

To be honest, I am normally not one to read omegaverse but this honestly might’ve changed my mind. There was a ton of explanation of the universe which was super helpful for a reader like me who isn’t familiar with it already. It felt like a natural explanation and not dry or boring in the slightest. I loved the modern setting and especially the club Temple. I think it was a fantastic contrast between the two worlds Camila is stuck between. I only wish that we got a little more insight regarding the church and their general vibe. It didn’t hurt the story in any way, just my own preference!

The spice is outstanding. I now 100% understand the hype over this type of book. I had to take more than one break while reading because… WOW. It was incredibly well done, everything felt natural and super intimate, even with the crowd (which let’s be honest, makes it 200% better). I loved that consent and open communication were highlighted so well. The sweet and spicy mix of this entire book is definitely my favorite thing.

The character development is outstanding!!! For a small one-shot novel I felt like it was a world of difference from start to finish which truly impressed me. And it wasn’t just Camila either, I saw a massive change in all the characters which made me even more impressed. I think you’ll find the revenge given in this book is so, so, so very sweet.

The best part about Corrupt Me is that we aren’t finished this universe yet. I know I am more than ready for the next installment already.
