Buckle in because we have an ultra spicy age-gap Halloween novella for this review!

Tis the season in the absolute best way. I seriously think romance is that much better when it’s Halloween (it might just be because it’s my favorite season/holiday). This novella introduces us to Aspen Ridge, and wow what an introduction it was. I already fell in love with the town and the overall vibe in this short glimpse. It’s cozy but there is absolutely an undercurrent of darkness- but the good and spicy kind.

This couple?? I absolutely couldn’t get enough of them. From the very start I was inthralled at their interactions and inner monologues. I liked the history of Lilly and Adam even if it pushed the limit on Wes and Lilly’s relationship. But let’s be honest it made things ever hotter. 😂 And the spice? Absolutely had me giggling and kicking my feet the entire time. It’s dark and super spicy and only a little spooky. Best part though is the HEA!!
